Tranquility Massage
Slow down… take a deep breath… tune in to your body… and relax completely! Sink, melt and enjoy freedom from stress and troubling emotions as you are guided to deeper states of relief. This Esalen style massage is a favorite session for many long-time clients! Treat yourself to Tranquility.
Recommended in the 90 minute duration
Deep Tissue Massage
This massage uses deep pressure techniques from Deep Tissue Sculpting & Neuro-Muscular Therapy, to address painfully tense and over-used muscles and to restore health and function to the tissues. The focus in this session is on therapeutic benefit and not on stress-reduction/relaxation as in the Tranquility and Blissed-Out massage blends.
Body Bliss – Customized Blend
Your body is your home, enjoy it! This blend facilitates profound relaxation and powerful tension relief in one customized session. Experience your body in its natural state of restful bliss.
